Two one hour classes focusing on Vinyasa yoga flow: a dynamic, “flow” style of yoga that links physical postures (asanas) with rhythmic movement followed by an hour of Sound Healing with Tibetan sound bowls and chanting, harp, and chimes. Bonus: Cold plunge, pool, hot tub, and sauna

Kat gives a lecture by directly working with the flow of source energy and the unseen world of spirit. The idea that adding principles to your life helps to uplift and heal from the surface deep into the multidimensionality of our individual souls.
