Vinyasa Yoga

A fluid, breath-to-movement practice that builds strength, flexibility, and presence. Classes feel like a moving meditation—creative, energizing, and perfect for getting into a natural flow state.

Bikram (Hot Yoga)

Practiced in a heated environment, this style is designed to detoxify the body, improve circulation, and deepen flexibility. It’s a powerful, sweat-driven experience that challenges both the body and the mind.

Kundalini Yoga

A deeply spiritual and energetic practice that combines breathwork, chanting, movement, and meditation. Kundalini is all about awakening your inner energy, expanding consciousness, and creating emotional release and clarity.

Raja Yoga

Sound healing is one of the most powerful and restorative experiences we offer at Delray Vibe & Flow House—a practice designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reset your entire nervous system.

Our sound healing sessions are typically experienced as sound baths, where you simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow waves of sound to wash over you. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other harmonic tools, the practitioner creates layered vibrations that you don’t just hear—you feel throughout your body.

These vibrations work on a deep level. They help shift the brain from an active, thinking state (beta) into slower, meditative states (alpha and theta), where the body naturally begins to relax, repair, and heal. Many people experience a sense of emotional release, mental clarity, or even a meditative, dream-like journey during a session.

There’s also an ancient foundation behind this practice. Sound has been used for healing for thousands of years across cultures—from Himalayan singing bowls to chanting and tonal medicine.
