Sound Bath/Sound Healing Class

Delray Vibe & Flow House, our Sound Bath & Sound Healing classes are designed to create a deeply immersive experience of relaxation, restoration, and energetic balance. Using the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, ambient frequencies, and mindful breathwork, the class helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect participants to a deeper sense of peace and presence.

More than just listening to sound, a sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where vibration and frequency become tools for healing, emotional release, mindfulness, and inner alignment. As participants rest comfortably in a peaceful atmosphere, the resonant tones wash over the body, helping shift energy, reduce stress, and create space for clarity and emotional grounding.
